Empowered Families

The Empowered Families workgroup is working towards providing families and parents with more resources and support. 
SMART Goals:
Project Goal: Create a resource guide that includes all county resources
Specific Create a resource guide that includes all county resources, including behavioral health, substance use, public health, family support, etc. that will be updated frequently and stored in one place that everyone and anyone can access
Measurable Find out how many different resource guides are currently available
Attainable Yes, a lot of groups already have resource guides, combining them into one will not be too hard
Relevant Yes
Timely Start gathering resources by the next coalition meeting
