Community Health Assessment

The Community Health Assessment (CHA) is used to show the current health status of a community and to monitor its progress over time. It helps to illustrate where we are, in terms of overall health, and how we can improve it. The findings of the CHA, along with the Mason County Health Coalition will be used to create targeted efforts to impact policies, health disparities, and the overall health of our community.
